PAY WITH PAYPAL

When you place an order with Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of facemasks there is no return available unless there is a manufacturers defect of the product. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:
If you order our item and for some reason that you may want to cancel the order, it is OK that you can send your request to us via Email: [email protected]; if the parcel has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you. Any orders that have been shipped out order can not be canceled.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING

We are located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and We Ship the same day of your order; if your order is after our shipping time, then we will ship the next day. We use USPS as it has delivery confirmation and most often only takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the shipping label has been printed.
